Our mobile learning experience is based on the knowledge an organization needs to know to do their work effectively and safely. Therefore, your organization will define the learning plan for every user. And this learning plan is connected to your account.
All you need is an e-mail invite from your organization. Follow the link and create your own password. Then, download the app via the App store on your mobile device and log in; you only need your e-mail address and password.
No worries, just use the option ‘forgot my password’ in the app. You will receive an e-mail, send to the e-mail address you have been registered, to change your password. You’re back online in a few steps.
Your username is mostly saved in the app when you log out. Only enter your password again and you back in the game to play.
Do you want to play Knowingo+ on a new device? Your username is the e-mail address we send the invite to. This could be your organization or private e-mail address.
